Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is a twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.

Studies have shown that a regular yoga practice can help lessen back pain, sharpen the mind, improve mood and even lower blood pressure. However, no large-scale scientific research has backed up benefits specific to the Bikram practice. Toxins, for instance, are typically flushed out not by sweating, but by the liver and the kidneys, and are removed through urination or bowel movements. These 26 postures systematically work every part of the body to give all the internal organs, all the veins, all the ligaments, and all the muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of every other one, and extending its benefits. The Bikram Yoga series heals you from the inside out, bones to skin, fingertips to toes.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout

Using Pilates principles, mindfulness, the heat, and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) this low-impact class will strengthen your whole body safely, and keep your heart rate up while helping you burn fat and boost your metabolism! With fun and motivational music, 60 minutes will fly by! Within a few classes you will see the benefits such as weight loss, a stronger core, increased strength, and less stress. I have heard from a few of you "is this for me?" The low-impact design of the class makes it safe for all fitness levels. It is for EVERYONE who is looking to increase strength, build long lean muscles, create a stronger core, get fit and feel amazing!

Hot Barre Intensity

This isn't your average barre technique. Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training to present a powerful and intense barre program in the hot room. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. Hot Barre Intensity is practiced in 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training and cardiovascular exercise into traditional vinyasa yoga sequences. Yogis use their own bodyweight, small hand weights, and blocks to deepen the power of their yoga practice while chiseling their body into shape.

Yoga Sculpt gets the blood pumping and the breath flowing, burns an incredible amount of calories and provides a full body workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening, balancing and fortifying from the outside in.
